The table numbers shown on the diagrams are for The Ashes setup use only, you may re-number/re-name the tables as you wish (please advise which of your table names/numbers correspond to The Ashes table numbers).
Number of high chairs - 3 available from The Ashes
Table numbers 12-15 (if used) will be removed in the evening for the dance floor.
Table number 1 (if used) will be removed for evening food service
(if required).
Straight top Table
12 ft fits up to 6 guests seated along the back, and 1 at each end
(this directly replaces table number 6)
18ft fits up to 9 guests seated along the back, and 1 at each end
(this replaces table numbers 4, 6 & 8)
Round Tables
Can seat 6-8 guests in a horseshoe layout (keeping the front of the table clear),
or 6-10 guests around the whole table.
Please discuss best position for wheelchair users directly with The Ashes.
Please advise Jenkinsons directly about special dietry requirements per table.
Table name/number holders are available for your use, and are a universal fit.
A silver plated cake stand (round 15” diameter, or square 15” square) and knife
are available if required for the cake table. |
