Exclusive Use Wedding Venue Hire
The Ashes is a family-run venue and our small dedicated team are committed to realising your dreams. We are proud of our ‘no hidden extras’ policy which ensures that you know exactly what your day will cost right at the start with no unpleasant surprises once you’ve booked. The Venue Hire price listed below is the total price you pay for exclusive use of the entire venue. Briefly, this encompasses both barns, The Old Dairy, The Grounds, The Courtyards, discreet onsite parking, and of course full event management by our Events Team (including access to 'Your Wedding Planner' on our website).
Our prices are fixed at the point of booking. You pay today’s price even if your booking is for a date two years in the future.
Our catering partners share our commitment to excellence and integrity and will discuss the cost of your individual requirements openly and clearly. Whatever menu you choose, you can be assured of no corkage fee or service charge, for service of your own daytime drinks and inclusive provision of all those little extras; tables, chairs, cake table, table name/number holders and square or round silver cake stand and, yes even the cake knife!

Bank Holiday Sundays are priced at the Saturday rate.
Bank Holiday Mondays are priced at the Sunday rate.
Easter Friday & Easter Sunday are priced at the Saturday rate.
All dates between Christmas & New Year are priced at the Saturday Rate.
New Years Eve has a late 2am license and is subject to a £1400 venue surcharge & £600 catering surcharge.
